Individual counselling
A space to explore anxiety, emotional overwhelm, past experiences, or a sense of feeling stuck.
You may be arriving here with a sense that something needs attention — in yourself, in your relationship, or simply in how things have been feeling.
I offer a calm, confidential space where you can slow things down, feel safe enough to speak openly, and begin to understand what’s been shaping your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about creating the right conditions for healing and change — thoughtfully, respectfully, and at your pace.
I offer online couples counselling for couples in Bicester and across Oxfordshire who want to feel more connected, understood, and secure in their relationship. I also work with adults individually, offering a calm, supportive space to explore anxiety, past experiences, and what might be making things feel hard right now.
Our work begins by creating a sense of safety and trust. From there, we gently explore patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be influencing how things feel now. I work in a thoughtful, grounded way, drawing on psychological theory while staying closely attuned to what matters most to you.
Many people find that having a steady, attentive space — without judgement or pressure — helps things begin to feel clearer, calmer, and more manageable.
A space to explore anxiety, emotional overwhelm, past experiences, or a sense of feeling stuck.
Support to understand patterns in your relationship, improve communication, and reconnect with greater clarity and care.
We usually begin with a short introductory conversation. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, talk a little about what’s been going on, and sense whether working together feels right.
If we decide to go ahead, sessions offer a consistent, supportive space to explore what you’re carrying and to begin making changes that feel realistic and meaningful.
You don’t need to have the right words — and you don’t need to know exactly where to start.
I’m a registered member of the BACP and work in line with their ethical framework, supported by regular clinical supervision.
